Scamp Employee Portal – Terms and Conditions
By creating an account on the Scamp Employee Portal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- The Scamp Employee Portal is exclusively for active employees of Scamp.
- If you are no longer employed by Scamp, your account access may be revoked.
2. Scamp Points Usage
- Scamp Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds.
- Scamp Points can only be earned and redeemed while actively employed at Scamp.
- If your employment with Scamp ends for any reason, any unused Scamp Points will be forfeited and removed from your account.
3. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
- Unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately.
4. Changes to Terms
- Scamp reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Employee Portal constitutes acceptance of any updates.
5. Account Termination & Suspension
- Scamp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized use of Scamp Points may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
6. Data Privacy & Usage
- Your personal information will be used in accordance with Scamp’s Privacy Policy.
- Scamp will not share or sell employee data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Restrictions on Use
- The Employee Portal is for internal use only and should not be shared with non-employees.
- Any misuse, hacking, or unauthorized access attempts may result in account suspension and possible legal action.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes related to Scamp Points or portal access should be reported to HR.
- Scamp’s decision on point allocation, removal, or redemption is final.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
- Scamp is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or outages that may impact access to the portal.
- Scamp reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Scamp Points program at any time without prior notice.
10. Scamp Points Expiration & Limitations
- Scamp Points may have expiration dates or usage restrictions based on company policies.
- Certain items, services, or promotions may not be eligible for redemption with Scamp Points.
- Scamp reserves the right to adjust point values, redemption options, and availability at any time.
11. Portal Availability & Maintenance
- Scamp strives to keep the Employee Portal accessible at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may temporarily limit access to the portal.
- Scamp is not responsible for data loss, transaction errors, or other technical malfunctions.
12. Prohibited Activities
- Employees must not manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Scamp Points system.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, such as unauthorized transfers or point accumulation through improper means, may result in point forfeiture and disciplinary action.
